You received the wrong product, wrong size, or defective item.
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp with your Order ID, name, and issue.
- Share pictures or video of the product for verification.
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the parcel.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in specific situations:
- You received a completely different product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
